Media Network’, Oakland, CA Diane M. Williamson was born in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. After high school, she went to
college at Edinboro State College in Erie, PA. She left school to join the Army in the summer of 1976, becoming a Nuclear Weapons Maintenance Specialist. Diane came home to complete her A. S. in Graphic Design. She and her daughter moved to Oakland CA, where she continued working for the government until the base closures in 1997. Continuing her education, received a certificate of completion from Silicon Valley College in Computer Graphic Design, and 3 certificates from City College of San Francisco in Video Production and Broadcasting. She graduated May 2014 from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts. |

Clinical and Forensic Psychology
Doctor Brown is in private practice in Grass Valley, specializing in Clinical and Forensic Psychology. She is providing mental health vetting for our students as well as psychotherapy services, with a special interest in Post-traumatic Stress Disorder as well as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. The Doctor has been offering individual and group therapy services to combat veterans with PTSD under a contract with the Veterans Administration Since 1997, and has extensive experience conducting psychological consultations and full evaluations. Doctor Brown holds a Doctor of Psychology Degree from the Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Professional School of Psychological Studies in San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Irvine.

Dir. Workforce Development, Career Technical Education, Sutter County Office of Education, Ret. Besides being a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Joe is a retired School Administrator. He taught school for 8 years, was in School Administration for 28 years, and has been a Vice Principal at the Middle School and High School levels. Joseph was also the County Special Education Director for Tuolumne: Nevada County Office of Education, Yuba College Coordinator: School to Career/Workforce Development, Sutter County Office of Education: Director of Career Technical Education/Adult Education, and Director of the Sutter County One Stop Career Center, all in California.Joseph graduated from San Diego State University, and has a MS in Special Education and a MA in School Administration.
