Jim is an Engineer and problem solver and is at a stage in life where his main goal is to help others to reach their goals. He has BSEE in Electrical Engineering, and has held positions with KREN TV, the Northeast Technical Training Group, Sony Electronics, KICU TV, Scripps-Howard, and Telestream.  Experienced in low and high-level design, television theory, video and audio production and operation, engineering and logistics, along with equipment repair and management roles. Jim also has software programming skills, a solid engineering background, and good project management skills. Jim worked the 1984 Olympics in LA, and the second edition of his book ‘TV on Wheels’, co-authored with the CTO of NEP George Hoover, is now available.  If you want to know about Mobile TV, this is your Bible. ​
